London & Middlesex Community Housing (LMCH) invites qualified elevator service contractors to submit proposals for Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Services under RFP 2026-0048. This opportunity involves the provision of comprehensive preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, testing, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and repair services for LMCH's portfolio of elevating devices located throughout London, Ontario. The portfolio currently consists of approximately 30 elevating devices, including traction and hydraulic elevators, across multiple residential properties. LMCH is seeking experienced and qualified service providers with demonstrated expertise in maintaining multi-vendor elevator equipment, supporting regulatory compliance requirements, and delivering reliable 24/7 emergency response services. The successful proponent will help ensure safe, dependable, and accessible elevator operations for tenants, staff, visitors, and the public while supporting LMCH's asset management objectives and long-term service reliability.
