London and Middlesex Community Housing (herein referred to as LMCH) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide consulting services to update existing Building Condition Assessments (BCA) and complete new BCA where there is none. In late 2015, BCAs were completed for 24 properties containing 3,166 units and a total site area of approximately 81 acres. The remaining 20 properties containing 110 units and approximately 16 acres of land do not have any existing BCAs. The purpose of this assessment is to review, verify, and update existing BCA information and complete BCAs for properties without them. The information collection from the BCA will be used for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to the following:
