London & Middlesex Community Housing (LMCH) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals to develop LMCH's 2028-2031 Strategic Plan. The successful proponent will lead an evidence-informed, tenant-centred, accessible and implementation-focused strategic planning process. LMCH owns and operates more than 3,500 rent-geared-to-income and community housing units across its portfolio and provides homes for more than 5,000 people. LMCH is a local housing corporation, and the City of London is its sole shareholder. LMCH serves diverse tenant households, including families, seniors, adults, newcomers, and low- to moderate-income households. The new Strategic Plan must build from LMCH's current 2024-2027 Strategic Plan and respond to a period of significant organizational and community transformation, including regeneration, asset renewal, financial sustainability, tenant needs, climate expectations, operational realignment and evolving City of London and Middlesex County priorities. |
