London & Middlesex Community Housing requires the services of an M&V consultant to prepare ongoing reports and bid analysis for the CMHC funding received. Report(s) and analysis to be provided quarterly, yearly and upon completion. The successful proponent must have experience with criteria required by CMHC within the Energy and Repair Program and their reporting requirements. LMHC portfolio for the CMHC funding includes 8 high rise and 5 family sites. |
