Description: 

The program is to improve accessibility throughout LMCH portfolio.  Unit modifications will take place at 6 high rise buildings.  In general unit layout are comparable at each site and the set scope of work will be completed at each property.

Up to 3 general contractors will be retained to complete modifications each working at specific properties.    The goal is to complete 150 unit modifications by end of year.  Scope includes plumbing, electrical, finishes, & cabinets.  Refer to the scope of work and responsibility list.  A lump sum value for the base scope of work to be met and unit pricing is requested for additional scope items.
